For customers who are using wear-resistant alumina ceramics for the first time, they do not know how to proceed with construction, and there is also a problem with the mixing ratio of adhesives. Below, I will briefly explain the ceramic construction process:

1. Polish and remove rust and oil stains on the surface to be bonded. If there is any oil stain, clean it with 99% acetone. If the bonded surface is non-metallic, polish and roughen the surface.

2. Stir the adhesive evenly, and mix it in a weight ratio of A: B=4:1:2:1 or 1:1 (according to the ratio of adhesive), apply it evenly to the surface of the object to be glued, close the wear-resistant plate and strike it with a rubber hammer. Cure at room temperature for 2 hours

3. After curing at room temperature for 8 hours, gently tap with a small hammer to check for any missing adhesive. If there is, it should be removed and re-bonded locally.
