ZTA Zirconium-Aluminum Composite Ceramic Lining

Compared with alumina products: higher density, better wear resistance and greater toughness;

Compared with zirconia products: low price and high cost performance;

Specific gravity: 4.2-4.3g/cm3

Mainly used for vulcanized ceramic rubber composite liner. Made of zirconium-aluminum ceramic and high-strength natural rubber base mold, and 6mm steel backing plate. All rubber and ceramic liners are heat vulcanized together using special equipment, so the ceramic will still be in the rubber matrix, providing a wear and impact protection liner.
