Technical specifications of ceramic roller rubber products:

1. The ceramic panel in the ceramic roller is smooth and smooth, wear-resistant, resistant to strong impact, easy to install and the ceramic surface is not easy to fall off. The ceramic size is: 20x30x10mm, the ceramic AL2O3 content: 95% or more, the Mohs hardness: 9 or more, the specific gravity: 3.7 or more, and the compressive strength is not less than 2.5 Gpa.

2. The ceramic dry abrasion test is carried out before fluidization. The standard is as follows: grinding at 200 RPM for 30 minutes, test load: 30 lbs, grit content: 50-70 MESH, and wear: 60 mm3 or less.

3. The steel plate on the surface of the drum installed by the ceramic drum is required to be sandblasted to a Sa.2-1/2 level and degreased. The surface of the non-adhesive part is also sandblasted, and after reaching Sa.2-1/2 level, the anti-rust primer is sprayed.

4, the rubber sheet in the ceramic drum rubber is required to use: thickness 5mm, hardness 70 ± 5SHORE, tensile strength ≥ 19Mpa, elongation ≥ 650%, steel / rubber peel strength ≥ 30Kg / 25Tmm, ceramic / rubber peel strength ≥ 50Kg/25Tmm.

5. When the ceramic roller is coated with cold glue, the German imported TRS cold vulcanized rubber special glue is used. Before the cylinder is vulcanized, the surface treatment is carried out by using TRS metal surface treatment agent. TRS cold vulcanized rubber can be wear-resistant, heat-resistant, flame-retardant, anti-static, anti-adhesive, stable in performance and not easy to aging. The bonding is efficient and fast, which is 5-10 times that of hot vulcanized rubber.
