The alias and application of wear-resistant ceramic tiles
2024-10-17 09:53:57
Wear resistant ceramic tiles are special corundum ceramics made from Al2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxides as solvents, and high-temperature calcination at 1600 ℃. Wear resistant ceramic tiles have many aliases due to regional and cultural differences, such as porcelain tiles, lining tiles, ceramic mosaic tiles, alumina lining tiles, alumina wear-resistant ceramics, high alumina lining tiles, etc.

Wear resistant ceramics have the characteristics of wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy construction. They are ideal materials for the surface wear resistance of materials (such as ash, coal powder, mineral powder, tailings, cement, etc.) in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, cement, chemical, and machinery. They are very safe and reliable to use in situations of high temperature corrosion, high temperature wear, or high temperature melting. Data shows that the lifespan of wear-resistant ceramics is ten to twenty times longer than materials such as cast stone, wear-resistant alloy cast steel, steel plastic, and steel rubber.
