The heat storage ball is also called a spherical heat storage body, and the spherical heat storage body has the advantages of good thermal shock stability, large heat storage, high strength, easy cleaning, and reusability. It is suitable for the heat storage ball combustion system of gas and non-gas fuel industrial furnaces.

• The specific surface area can reach 240m2/m3.

• Numerous small balls divide the airflow into small streams. When the airflow flows through the regenerator, it forms a strong turbulent flow, effectively breaks the boundary layer on the surface of the regenerator, and has a small radius and a small conduction radius. The heat resistance is small, the density is high, and the thermal conductivity is good, so the requirement of frequent and rapid reversing of the regenerative burner can be realized.

• The regenerator can be reversible by 20~30 times/h. After the high-temperature flue gas flows through the regenerator bed, the flue gas can be reduced to about 130°C.

• High-temperature gas and air flowing through the regenerator in the same path can be preheated to only about 100 ° C lower than the flue gas temperature, and the temperature efficiency is as high as 90% or more.

• Due to the small size of the regenerator and the strong flow capacity of the small ball bed, even if the resistance increases after the accumulation of ash, it does not affect the heat exchange index.

• The heat storage pellets are resistant to oxidation and slag.

• Ceramic ball replacement and cleaning are very convenient and can be reused.
