High abrasion resistance

Wear-resistant ceramics are most concerned about the wear-resistant ability, and the main factor affecting the wear-resistant ability is hardness. ZTA wear-resistant ceramics use alumina as the main material, supplemented by zirconia, the hardness can reach more than RHA85, and the anti-wear ability is guaranteed.

Impact resistance

Acid and alkali corrosion resistance

Zirconia and α alumina, the main materials of ZTA wear-resistant ceramics, are stable oxides and are not easy to react with acid and alkali, so its resistance to acid and alkali corrosion is also very strong.
