Main technical indicators of wear-resistant ceramic rubber lining plate
2024-07-29 09:34:25

Ceramic rubber composite wear-resistant lining plate is mainly used for wear-resistant lining of various equipment and pipelines such as feeding chutes, hoppers, chutes, ball mill inlet and outlet pipes, coal hoppers, coal pipes, etc. Two in one composite board is a composite material of vulcanized rubber and ceramics. Three in one composite plate is a steel plate with a rubber bottom lined with bolts, consisting of ceramic, rubber, and steel. Among them, rubber has good buffering performance, which can effectively cushion the strong impact caused by high drop of materials, and also reduce the noise generated during material transportation. Rubber has the characteristics of being foldable and bendable, with no gaps after installation, and is suitable for various shaped equipment. Alumina ceramics have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, will not be contaminated by materials, and will not be contaminated or blocked during use.

The main technical indicators of wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite pads are:

Main technical indicators of wear-resistant ceramics

Alumina content ≥ 92%

Density ≥ 3.6 g/cm3

Rockwell hardness ≥ 80 HRA

Compressive strength ≥ 850 Mpa

Bending strength ≥ 290MPa

Thermal conductivity 20W/m.K

Thermal expansion coefficient: 7.2 × 10-6m/m. K

The main performance indicators of impact resistant and wear-resistant ceramic lining rubber are:

Project Name Indicator

Tear strength (Mpa) ≥ 14

Elongation at break (%) ≥ 350

Shore hardness (degree) 55-65

Permanent deformation upon fracture (%) ≤ 24

Adhesion between rubber and ceramics (Mpa) (shear stress) ≥ 3.0
