One curved alumina ceramic tile for DN150 pipeline is produced in our factory today, which will be delivered to one foreign partner this weekend. It is 100mm long and 4pcs a circle, 

convenient for installation.

Advantages of curved high alumina ceramic tile liner:

High hardness: its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.

Good wear resistance: under the same working conditions, it can extend the service life of the equipment by more than ten times.

Light weight: Its density is 3.6-3.65g/cm3, which is only half of steel, which can greatly reduce equipment load.

The welding is stronger, the heat resistance temperature is higher, and the performance is better: the wear-resistant ceramic welding lining is welded to the equipment by the iron bowl, which ensures that the ceramic does not fall off at a higher temperature for a long time.
