1、 Problem of lining plate detachment

The service life of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates is very long, but occasionally there may be problems of loosening or even detachment of the lining plates during use. In high-temperature environments, we can also change the fixing method of the lining plate to screw welding or dovetail groove, and flexibly choose the installation method and material of the lining plate, which is an effective way to solve the problem of lining plate detachment.

2、 The problem of porcelain fragmentation

Although wear-resistant ceramic lining plates have high hardness and wear resistance, their toughness is relatively poor, and their impact resistance is lacking. Therefore, in some environments with very high impact forces, ceramic pieces may sometimes break. For example, in areas with high impact forces, we can use ceramic rubber composite lining plates, impact resistant ceramic lining plates, or ZTA zirconium aluminum composite lining plates with significantly improved toughness.
