Performance of zirconia ceramic lining bricks

The wear resistance of zirconia ultra-high wear-resistant lining bricks produced by Chinese factories is 15 times that of alumina ceramics, and its friction coefficient is only half of that of alumina ceramics, while the friction coefficient of alumina ceramics itself is very low. The density of zirconia ceramics is higher than that of alumina ceramics. The density of alumina ceramics is 3.6, and the density of zirconia ceramics is ≥ 6, resulting in a finer texture. After grinding, the surface smoothness is higher, appearing mirror like, very smooth, and the friction coefficient is smaller. In addition, zirconia ceramics have excellent toughness, overcome the inherent brittleness of ceramics, have higher wear resistance, and greatly extend the service life of products.
