Al2O3 ceramic lining: With a high alumina content, a relatively dense structure, and special properties, it is called a special ceramic. Al2O3 ceramic material is a densely packed hexagonal structure composed of oxygen ions, and aluminum ions are filled in two-thirds of the octahedral gaps. This is the same stable α - Al2O3 structure as natural corundum, so ceramics have high melting point, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance.

The service life of wear-resistant ceramic lining is not only related to its own quality, but also to external factors, which mainly include friction mode, environment, load, flushing speed, temperature and time, etc.

The wear of wear-resistant ceramic lining is generally divided into several categories, such as cutting wear, fatigue wear, adhesion wear, abrasion wear, impact wear, etc. Due to the different working principles of each type of wear, the wear mechanisms also vary greatly. However, in practical applications or experiments, they usually do not act in isolation, but are interrelated and influencing each other. Sometimes, one mechanism is obvious, and sometimes two or several mechanisms work together. Generally speaking, the smaller the particle size, the lower the concentration, the lower the erosion speed, and the longer the service life of wear-resistant ceramic sheets.

Usually, in the network management of the slag micro powder production line, with a specific surface area of 420-450m2, a concentration of 350g/Nm3, a speed of 28-30m/s, and a scouring angle of 30 ℃, a 20mm wear-resistant ceramic lining can be used for 8-10 years. The materials ground by raw material grinding and clinker grinding are easier to grind than slag. The wear-resistant ceramic lining with the same thickness can have a service life of more than 10 years.
