The wear-resistant ceramic two in one composite liner is a composite material of wear-resistant ceramics and rubber. It is a small square wear-resistant ceramic that is vulcanized (replaced) at high temperature in special rubber to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber pad. The pad is bonded to the steel plate of the equipment inner shell using high-strength organic adhesive during installation in the equipment, forming a strong and buffered wear-resistant layer. Another type is a composite material of rubber and ceramic, which uses a cold method to place the adhesive into the hopper of the chute.
