Differences and advantages of ceramic composite lining plates
2024-07-09 16:48:10

1: The ceramic rubber composite lining board adopts a hot vulcanization process, which vulcanizes toughened and wear-resistant ceramics and rubber to form a rubber ceramic two in one liner. Then, high-strength organic adhesive is used to bond the liner into the interior of the equipment. On the shell steel plate, a strong and buffered wear-resistant layer is formed. It combines the advantages of high hardness of ceramics and high buffering and fatigue resistance of rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of equipment wear during the transportation of bulk materials. The addition of rubber not only has good anti-wear and anti-corrosion effects, but also prevents production stoppage due to material accumulation and reduces noise.

In addition, tempered wear-resistant ceramic sheets and special rubber can be directly vulcanized onto steel plates with countersunk bolts, forming various shapes of three in one wear-resistant ceramic linings for easy installation and replacement.

2: ZTA ceramic tile lining is a new type of ultra wear-resistant and impact resistant lining. This product is a ZTA ceramic composite material made by vulcanizing zirconium and aluminum onto steel plates, utilizing the high toughness and wear resistance of ceramics. The material is large, with a large drop, and the wear-resistant lining is suitable for equipment with strong impact force.

This product uses advanced vulcanization technology to vulcanize ZTA ceramics composed of alumina and zirconia in rubber. Ceramic rubber can also be vulcanized directly on steel plates. The steel plate has countersunk bolts, which increase the gasket and equipment space. Durability ensures the reliability of wear resistance and impact resistance.

3: Composite wear-resistant ceramic lining can be divided into two in one composite lining (ceramic+rubber, ceramic+steel plate) and three in one composite lining. Widely used for anti wear of equipment such as silos and chutes in coal transportation, ash discharge systems, and material conveying and batching systems. The composite wear-resistant ceramic lining is made of alumina or zirconia wear-resistant ceramics, which are vulcanized under high temperature conditions and embedded in steel tanks containing special rubber to form a wear-resistant ceramic composite lining, forming a wear-resistant, impact resistant, and corrosion-resistant wear-resistant layer. Widely used in coal conveying and ash discharge systems in cement plants and thermal power plants, as well as wear-resistant lining for equipment such as silos, hoppers, and chutes in conveying and batching systems in the steel and metallurgical industry.
