1. Control the quality of the board. Before pasting, the surface of the board should be roughened and peeled. At the material conversion point, the node design of the transition part should be done well to prevent cracks from occurring.

Before pasting, the exterior wall surface should be treated to maintain a flat and vertical surface, so that the wall meets the acceptance standards. If there is a significant difference, it is necessary to level it in a timely manner to avoid detachment caused by loose adhesion.

When pasting, it is necessary to strictly prepare polymer mortar according to the standard, mix it evenly, and ensure that the effective bonding area reaches more than 40%. The surrounding area must be completely pasted to reduce the phenomenon of falling off the board.

4. The fixed anchor bolts must be made of natural materials. When inserting the anchor bolts, they should not tilt or loosen, and should be lower than the surface of the insulation board. The specifications, models, and base strength of the anchor bolts themselves are the determining factors of anchoring force and require professional operators to operate. At the beginning of construction, it is necessary to first touch the anti cracking mortar, then lay the anchor steel wire mesh, and then apply a layer of anti cracking mortar to wrap the steel wire.

5. After the construction is completed, the acceptance standards for ceramic composite panels shall be implemented according to regulations, and the time arrangements for general contracting, supervision, and subcontracting shall be made. On site inspections, tests, and other supervision work shall be carried out at any time.
