(1) Grouting and forming 

The whole process of grouting forming includes the whole process of physical drying process and the whole process of organic chemical cohesion. The physical drying process is based on the capillary effect of the porous structure of the plaster mold to remove the water in the slurry. The whole process of organic chemical cohesion is due to the plaster mold. The melting of the surface layer of CaSO4 transforms into Ca2+, which increases the ionic strength of the slurry and causes the slurry to flocculate. Under the effects of physical drying and organic chemical cohesion, ceramic powder particles are accumulated on the inner wall of the plaster mold to form. Grouting is suitable for making large and medium-sized porcelain components with complicated samples, but the quality of the green body, including appearance design, relative density, compressive strength, etc., is relatively weak, and the labor efficiency of employees is high and it is not suitable for automated technical work.

(2) Hot die casting forming

Hot die casting is to mix ceramic powder and adhesive (paraffin) at a higher temperature (60~100℃) to obtain slurry for hot die casting. The slurry is introduced into the metal material abrasive tool under the effect of air compression. , The pressure-holding water is cooled, and the wax blank is obtained from the mold. The wax blank is dewaxed under the maintenance of the plastic particles to obtain the green body, and the green body is sintered into porcelain at high temperature. The green embryo formed by hot die-casting has precise specifications, well-proportioned structure, less damage to the abrasive tool, high production efficiency, and suitable for a variety of raw materials. The temperature of wax slurry and abrasive tools needs to be strictly controlled, otherwise it will cause short shot or deformation, so it is not suitable for the production of large and medium-sized components. At the same time, the two-step firing process is complicated and consumes high energy.

(3) Casting

Casting is to fully mix porcelain particles with many organic chemical adhesives, flame retardants, thickeners, etc., to obtain a thick slurry that can flow, and add the slurry to the silo of the casting machine. The scraper controls the thickness and discharges to the conveyor belt through the feeding nozzle, and obtains the film blank after air drying. This processing technology is suitable for preparing plastic film raw materials in order to obtain good flexibility and adding a lot of organic compounds. The main parameters of the processing technology are strictly controlled, otherwise it is easy to cause peeling, patterns, low compressive strength of the plastic film or not easy to detach. . Commonly used organic compounds have toxic side effects and can cause air pollution. A non-toxic or less toxic management system should be used as much as possible to reduce air pollution.
