The detailed introduction of thermalstorage balls is as follows: Thermal storage balls have significant characteristics such as low linear shrinkage rate during heavy burning, high softening temperature under high temperature and load, corrosion resistance, high strength, large heat storage and release, good thermal shock stability, good thermal conductivity, and small coefficient of thermal expansion. They are excellent refractory materials. By using dual preheating of gas (blast furnace, converter) and air (using combustion air single storage method for oil, high calorific value gas, etc.), the regenerative heating furnace can achieve an environmental and energy-saving effect of reducing smoke exhaust by 20-50%, reducing smoke exhaust temperature to less than 150 degrees, increasing production by 15-20%, shortening heating time of steel billets by 50%, and reducing oxidation and burning losses by 30-50%.

1) The high-efficiency heat storage balls produced by our company have a specific surface area of up to 240m2/m3.

2) Numerous small balls divide the airflow into very small streams. When the airflow flows through the heat storage body, strong turbulence is formed, effectively breaking through the boundary layer on the surface of the heat storage body. Due to the small diameter of the balls, small conduction radius, small thermal resistance, high density, and good thermal conductivity, it can achieve the requirements of frequent and fast switching of the heat storage burner.

3) The heat storage body can utilize 20-30 times/h of commutation, and the high-temperature flue gas can be discharged at around 130 ℃ after passing through the bed layer of the heat storage body.

4) High temperature gas and air can be preheated to only about 100 ℃ lower than the flue gas temperature by passing through the heat storage body in the same path, with a temperature efficiency of over 90%.

5) Due to the compact volume of the heat storage body and the strong flow capacity of the small ball bed, even if the resistance increases after ash accumulation, it does not affect the heat transfer index.

6) Heat storage balls have the characteristics of strong antioxidant and slag resistance.

7) The replacement and cleaning of ceramic balls are very convenient and can be reused.
