The regenerative ball is suitable for the selection of the regenerative ball combustion system of gas and non-gas fuel industrial furnaces. It is especially suitable for the virtual heat heating furnace, regenerative ladle roaster, air separation equipment regenerative furnace in the iron and steel industry, and regenerative melting furnace in the non-ferrous metal industry. It can also be used as the regenerative heat carrier in the regenerative trolley furnace, regenerative electric boiler, regenerative incinerator and other industries in large forging plants. Heat storage balls are divided into solid balls and concave-convex open balls.

With the same raw material, the same formula and the same firing temperature, the smaller the fineness of the powder after grinding of the raw material, the higher the proportion and the better the wear resistance. The proportion of high aluminum ball is mainly affected by powder and burning, burning (not cooked), powder is too coarse, added miscellaneous materials and other factors will lead to the proportion of ball stone is not enough. Low proportion of spherical stone is not wear-resistant, easy to crack, but the high proportion of spherical stone can not represent a certain wear-resistant, because the excessive sintering of spherical stone can also reach a higher proportion.
