However, there are two operations to improve the strength of alumina balls.

1、 ρ— When alumina is pelletized, 3% hydrogen carbonate is added, 6% macroporous pseudo boehmite is added, a new mixing method is adopted, and the water consumption for green ball forming is controlled at 20 ~ 30%.

After the green ball is formed, 0.5% pseudo boehmite sol is evenly sprayed, and the green ball pile ratio is controlled at 0.7 ~ 0.8g/ml.

2. After the green ball is formed, it can be stored at room temperature for hydration for 8 hours, cured with steam for 4 hours, and then roasted, so as to have alumina balls with high strength.
